When Morpheus takes Neo to meet the Oracle, he reaches out to open a door with a highly polished, spherical doorknob. The reflection perfectly captures Morpheus's hand, but it also captures the camera lens and the cameraman. In a desperate attempt to hide the goof, they put a black leather coat and a tie on the camera rig to make it look like part of Morpheus's clothing, but the lens is unmistakable.
