As a group of Stormtroopers enters the control room, the soldier on the far right severely misjudges the height of the opening door and smashes his helmet into it. George Lucas found this unscripted blooper so funny that not only did he leave it in the final cut, but in later special editions, he even added a loud "thump" sound effect to highlight the clumsy mistake.
